BRIAN HAYNES is the creator of the Legacy Milestones strategy designed to help the church and family work together to equip the next generation. He is the author of SHIFT: What it Takes to Finally Reach Families Today as well as a contributor to several other books and resources.

Brian served for 15 years as a student pastor and associate pastor. He now serves as Lead Pastor at Bay Area First Baptist Church in League City, Texas.
